Shipping & Processing

Physical cookie cutters are made to order. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment.

Carrier transit time begins after your package has been handed off to the shipping carrier and is separate from our processing time. Delivery dates provided by the carrier are estimates and may vary.

During especially busy launches or holiday periods, processing times may occasionally be extended. Any updated turnaround time will be communicated when applicable.

Digital STL Files

Digital STL purchases are electronic products. No physical product will be shipped. Digital files are delivered separately through our digital-download system after purchase.

Custom Cookies

Custom cookie orders are for local fulfillment/pickup unless otherwise specifically arranged with Delightful Cookie Co. Pickup details will be provided with your order information.
