How far in advance should I order?

Two weeks minimum notice is required for most orders. Busy seasons like holidays, graduation, and Valentine's Day fill quickly, so reach out as early as you can.

What is your order minimum?

Custom cookie orders have a 2 dozen minimum. Larger orders and multi-design sets are always welcome.

How does payment work?

Payment in full is required to reserve your date. Your spot on the calendar isn't held until payment is received.

Will I see my design before it's made?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After payment I create a custom mockup of your cookie set for approval, so you know exactly what you're getting before I start decorating.

Can I make changes after approving my design?

Small tweaks are usually possible if there's time. Significant changes after approval may affect pricing or the completion date, and changes within one week of pickup generally cannot be accommodated.

How are the cookies packaged?

Every cookie is individually heat sealed to stay fresh, then arranged for presentation. Ribbon, tags, and gift boxes are available as add-ons.

How do I pick up my order?

Orders are picked up locally in Kuna, Idaho at a scheduled time we confirm before your event. Please arrive within your pickup window so your cookies stay at their best.

How long do the cookies stay fresh?

Heat-sealed cookies stay fresh for about two weeks at room temperature. Keep them out of direct sunlight and away from heat.

Do you accommodate allergies?

My cookies contain wheat, eggs, butter, and dairy, and are made in a home kitchen that also handles nuts. I can't guarantee an allergen-free product, so please let me know about allergies before ordering.

Because every order is custom and ingredients are purchased in advance, payments are non-refundable. If something comes up, reach out as soon as possible and I'll do my best to help.
